I know what color egg it came from but not necessarily the exact hen.

Spend twenty minutes a day with your flock, see if anyone is acting off. I would offer them some yogurt to boost calcium. It might have been a fluke or might be a precursor.

It could be part of the chalaze, but I am not sure. I am tagging @dawg53 in case he has an idea.

Its not a worm nor fluke, no worries. It looks like thick chalaza to me.

I agree, it's not a parasite.
Could be part of the Chalaza or perhaps some sloughing of the reproductive system similar to a meat spot, but larger. It happens.
