Parasites or intestinal shedding?

Lash eggs and salpingitis are very common in hens. They can live fairly normal lives with it. Hopefully she will eventually stop laying altogether. When the eggs come down the oviduct, they sometimes reverse tract and go back out the top into the abdomen. Some people get their vets to use expensive hormone implants to stop them from laying for 4-6 month periods. Antibiotics rarely help at this point. I would prefer to just let them live out their lives as normally as possible, and consider putting them down if they are suffering. They may stop eating one day, and other chickens will peck them.
Thanks for the advice. I’ll keep extra tabs on her and see how things turn out. I could give her antibiotics but like you said it may not help, she had an egg problem last year with soft/shell less eggs and I tried antibiotics, extra calcium and nothing helped. I was hoping once she molted and stopped laying for a while her reproductive organs would reset and be normal again. Now she’s done with her molt and trying to lay again the lash egg was the first thing that came out… 🤷‍♀️
