I would get some Corid and treat her for possible coccidiosis, because of the blood in the poo. She is new to your flock. There are more than 9 strains of coccidia that affect only chickens. They tend to build up a tolerance over time, but she may not be immune to that strain in your flock.
Also, could you show more pictures of her poops? There does look to be some thin worms in the poop, probably roundworms. When you said possible tiny worms, I thought it might be tapes, but more pics would help. Or get a fecal float performed by your vet. They should be able to diagnose any coccidiosis or worms. Vets frequently use sulfa antibiotics (Albon, Sulfadimethoxine, SMP-TMZ) rather than Corid (amprollium) to treat coccidiosis.
For most worms Valbazen or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer are food to use. Dosage depends on what worms are found. Tapeworms require other wormers containing praziquantel.
