Asking for a little help here.We have red sex-links. They are laying fairly well. 3-4 have developed a raw neck that is passed on to the others. We do not see them pecking one another unless they are doing it at night. Any ideas.

Did you look them over really close? could be a sign of bugs.

Here is a link to some info......Click the "external" tab .....then the different lice/mites tabs. Each one has a different symptoms so look your Chickens over well....some are very small hard to see.
