Part deux 6 week orpington update

They are both 6 weeks old in those pictures. The one on the left is a week older than the one on the right, so I can also post a 7-week-old shot of the left one, if helpful.

Please do. The reason why I was sure it was a pullet was compared to the other three this one is physically different. Bigger tail feathers, smaller legs doesn't stand tall like the others, almost no comb,( yellow while the others were red) the other three are clearly cockerals and I figured sense this one is completely different it can only be a pullet ..... I dunno

This is my bigger little one at 7 weeks. My little pullet has sloping sides on her comb, but I saw defined ridges on your Isabel, like it was made of play dough and someone pinched it, you know? It looks much more defined than the comb on my pullets, even if it's not very tall like on your chocolate one.

The red light in your photos throws me off, so I can't really tell her comb color. Mine has been the same very pale pink with black specks since we got her; it's never been yellow, but maybe that's a lavender vs. Isabel thing.

Also, your Isabel has very bright red/hot pink wattles in pictures 1 and 6, especially compared to the comb. They're bigger than the wattles on my pullets, but not by a ton. My pullets' wattles are the same pale pink as their combs.

This is my first experience with Orpingtons, and I got two pullets from a breeder who was extremely confident about their sexes. I hope my pictures can help you figure out what your little Orps are. I'm certainly no expert, though.

I read through some of your earlier posts and see that you also can't have roosters. I can understand the stress. Your Isabel in this thread doesn't really have visible spikes on her comb, but your other Orps seem to have them (and both of mine have them), so maybe she/he's growing at a different rate.

What people have told me is to wait a few more weeks and post them again. Maybe the experts will be able to tell you better with more development?

Thanks for asking! So... I've been trying to give away the three that you guys said were for sure cockerals but only the lavender one found a home. It sucks but I'm probably gonna have to turn the chocolate and the isobel into a soup unless someone is willing to take them.

As far as the other isobel .I'm still not 100% on anything but leaning towards pullet. It has almost no comb and is yellow but has little waddles. I'm pretty sure the cockerel isobel is trying to mate with it I dunno . You guys be the judge. I'm hoping. Let me know if different pictures would help. Thanks
