Part of shell stuck on chick

one of the last few chicks that hatched has a large piece of the shell stuck on its back, its across its back holding on the each wing. My humidity is at 67% and all the other chicks hatched fine. Should I do anything for the chick or just leave it be? ive never seen this before but this has been the weirdest hatch ive ever had...

When I had the same problem, gave mine a quick, warm bath and towel dry, then popped the chick back into the bator to finish drying Chick is a month old now. The shell will eventually work it's way off, but will be prone to be pecked upon by the other chicks.

just give her or him a little bath in warm water to work most of it off. The rest should eventually fall of on its own
