Partridge rock lost weight

My partridge rock (agnis) was average size last week. Just like edith (the other partridge rock). Today we noticed that agnis was very tiny. She was even smaller then the youngest girls. She runs around and eats grass and snacks like there's nothing wrong. Could she possibly be sick? She's the sweetest hen I have ever met and I really hope she's ok. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Birds don't just generally 'shrink' in size that quickly.

The girls are 37 weeks old.
We have been feeding them Purena layer formula.
I don't have any pictures of her on my laptop yet but I will send some of her tomorrow.
When she flew up to the roosts, I noticed that she lost about 7 feathers. They just fell out. Could she have mites?
