I am hoping to get some help in regards to breeding my silkies. I have one silkie rooster who is partridge. I then have two white hens, a black hen, and a black satin hen (Cochin mix). What color babies could I be looking at here? Also what are the odds of having more satins?

No way of knowing for sure.
If your rooster happens to carry white you could get some whites when bred to your whites.
More likely he doesn't so can't say for sure because we have no idea what the whites are carrying unseen.
With the black hen you'll most likely get blacks with some leakage.
More so on the males then females.
You could also get some sort of partridge if they carry it. It is possible.
Black Cochin mix is also an unknown since it can also be hiding genes.
Odds you'll get more satins?
Pretty good since your "satin" is a cochin/silkie mix and you're breeding it to a silkie.
That will result in nothing but cochin/silkie mixes.
If yours carries the silkie gene you'll get about 50% silkie feathered mixes.
