I am so glad that he arrived safely. He is such a beautiful boy. I almost kept him for myself.

Well, if anything, it would be a blue partridge. Definitely not a regular partridge as it is COMPLETELY the wrong color. I don't see any penciling on the wings (but I know how hard that can be to show up on a photo. It really doesn't look like a blue partridge either because the red is so RED. Almost looks more calico to me or just a bird with a lot of off color. What breeding did it come from? I can't see the top of the crest, so I can't tell if there are any streamers, but it looks more girlish to me. Very strange color. Almost looks grey with a lot of leakage.

Well here are a couple more...but the flash kept making it look more yellowish...
I can't remember her name, but she was working on SQ silkies...I passed by and was like "oh neat color" started researching it more....noticed she doesn't look anything like the ones I see on here, and no I don't see penciling...when I was bathing and blowdrying I noticed more bluish, grey color with red tips...in a cat I woulda called it like red smoked color )

I would still say if anything at all, a calico it would be closest too. The red is just too red. It looks like a grey with a lot of smudged color. Some people call it smut, but that just sounds mean. But I wouldn't think she was any kind of partridge. Sorry.
