Partridge Silkies - Nothing else

Pics
Wellll, my new little family is doing well. I cannot keep my hands of them. They are still in the cage, outside during the day and in the guest room at night.

They're very tame and seem to like sitting with me.

I'm hoping this Mindy person will contact me today to take Fred and Katelyn (my NON-BCM's that I'm rehoming). Once they are gone, then I can start integrating the new silkies into the flock.

Oliver will have a nice variety of new girlfriends. ha ha!

GO OLIVER!!!! LET THOSE GIRLS KNOW "WHO'S THEIR DADDY!!!".
Also, I am very happy to hear that things are going well with everyone... God, I just can't get enough of my Silkies.

YEAH! Any pictures yet? Just a word of wisdom, I would hold off on integrating any new birds into your existing flock for at least 21 days. Just to make sure they do not have any illnesses that could be given to your other guys.

I agree 100% because I only waited 2 weeks and am STILL having some problems with Coccidiosis.... Talk about P.O'd? You have no idea. But that goes to show that no matter how reputable a breeder is, there can always be problems.

I forgot about you battling cocci Pennie, but great point to get across! You never know what a bird is a carrier of, or what those normal healthy acting chicks are carrying. Better safe than sorry. It's a minimum of 21 days, but better to wait a full month.

I am going for it and putting Princess (my faker) in the coop tonight. She hasn't had any spells in a while now and I am hopeing that
she is all better. How much you want to bet she acts right back up when I put her in the coop! But if I had a life in a nice house with AC I would fake it too I guess. No really she isn't faking and I really hope she is fine.
I have never had a silkie that will eat nothing but her chicken feed. I have tried giving her everything you can think of and she won't even try any of it. Not even a peck. She doesn't even peck around when I have her in the grass. I lvoe her to death but she is one weird bird lol... Brain damage maybe

Oh yes, that will be what I tell my husband "We have to keep them inside at least a month honey, for health reasons" I keep telling him chickens this cute need to be house pets.

Here is a fresh picture from a couple minutes ago. I was able to get all 4 of them in one shot.
