Pasty butt as an adult?

Just wash it off with warm water and a washcloth. One of my chickens is sorta like that, except it's not exactly pasty butt...she just has more poop than the others around her butt and on her feathers. To make things worse, she gets pooped on every night by the girl who likes sleeping on a perch above the nesting box she sleeps in.
