If it comes back, add a little coconut oil to her bum, it helps the poo slide off easier!

That's great. She should be fine now. I had a chick with pasty butt 3 years ago. He was also the runt. Later he grew up to be a beautiful rooster. He's now 2nd in command in his flock.

I don't have a picture of him as a chick, but here is what he looked like last autumn.
