pasty poopy hen butt! HELP!!

i have a couple with this problem, was thinking tonite i need to give baths, our cochin, our red star in particular have issues- how come the vinegar helps? will need to get a blow drier for them...

You can also use one drop of household bleach per gallon of fresh water to help control the loose poop that causes poop butt.
