Cody looked at the bark in confusion. "No..." he said slowly. His eyes left the map and eyed Adolpha. Confusion was on his face, yet his hackles were up like there was danger. "I think I can remember this," he said.
Priscilla spotted Esper. "Hey, Esper!" she called then began running over.
"Alright," Adolpha said. "Do you want to keep the bark, just in case?"
"No," Cody quickly looked away. He started walking in the direction the map had lead to. He stopped after a few feet and looked back as if he was seeing if he was being followed. He was quiet for a minute then said, "Amerock?"
"Amerock ran off like a coward, as always." Adolpha scoffed. "Well, I'd better be getting back to the pack now."
*esper jumped with a startled growl and dropped her gull on the ground before facing her.*
Cody nodded. "Strange," he said. He began walking again. "I didn't see that in him." he glanced back a look that said something that he was blaming her.
Adolpha stood tall as her fur and tail were whipped this way and that in the wind. This wolf knew nothing about her brother. Nothing.
Priscilla reached her and stopped. "Oh, I didn't mean to jump you," she said.
Cody kept his normal body hold like he wasn't intimated at all. "Maybe you're thinking that because he of his legs," he muttered, secretly still blaming her for kicking Amerock out of the pack.
