paypal error, trying to order bumper sticker

i was trying to order a bumper sticker earlier, and i kept getting blocked by an error from paypal saying there was an error with the merchant. anyone else getting this error. how am i supposed to pay? thankyou,

Please try to go back into your order. Sign in and go to your cart and try again.
If it doesn't work, PM me and I will delete your order entirely and you can try again.

when i click 'confirm order,' i get this message "Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."

how do i pay? or enter my paypal info? not sure what's going on, thankyou so much for helping me,

You will need to double check your address in your BYC store account.
You have different states listed for the same address.
