There is a minimum that has to be offer for all types of poultry. Those are the minimums. First offer has to be pure eggs in those amounts. All other offers have to be in those amounts or more.

That means the other offers don't have to be pure, not that they can be less eggs.

EE are mixed bred, no standard colors, often have green legs and can lay any color egg including green, olive, brown, blue

AM have set standards, set colors, slate legs, lay blue eggs
