Received 8 teeny tiny Olandsk Dwarf eggs from MrsMoonCat today. Will update as they develop.

Just wanted to clarify, these eggs were meant to be teeny. They are OD after all.

Also, they were packaged beautifully. Two of the 8 were extras.

I have th OD too and will be getting some from MrsMoonCat too. they are soooo cute and teeny alot like my silver pencilled wyandotte banties.

I got 1 out of 2 of the OD from Mzstre to hatch. BHEP, I think, says the trick for these small eggs is not to turn them. Someone said they don't turn theirs at all, and I think it was BHEP.

Tim, I'm glad you clarified that. Didn't want people to think I was sending you marble-sized turkey eggs

I've got everything crossed for great hatches for all of you. They are great little (teeny tiny) birds, definitely one of my favorites around here.

Crystal, I turn my own eggs here from day 1. On shipped though, I wait for about 3-5 days before they go in the turner. My original Seramas were from Beth & Rachael's shipped eggs and they all hatched beautifully. I really think the humidity is a big issue with these little bitty eggs, they drown a lot easier than the bigger eggs.

x 2 on the humidity... I dry incubate. Lock down 50-ish %

Good to know. I am dry incubating everything now because I have had horrible hatches recently. Chicks fully develop and don't externally pip, or they pip and then don't zip. Our humidity down here runs so high anyway that I think the external air is high enough until lockdown.

I just posted the same topic on the chat thread.... I am not sure what in the world is going on. I am getting so discouraged.
