I lost my Basque roo to the fowl pox but I have a young replacement in the wings, I also lost my hedemora roo to the same thing but I have 2 replacements lined up. I did JUST lose my bantam SF hen but that was BEFORE I told kraftyladies what the 2 lonely hearts were.

no it was bantam cochin and bantam araucana, I am not sure anyone would have gotten the araucana??

I got the hedemora part right!

I didn't consider the hedemora since I have replacement roo's lined up

turns out they are VERY cold hardy but the roo's not so much on the fowl pox
