It may be fowl pox, if so it will run a course and be gone in a few weeks and never return to that bird again.

Do I need to worry about it spreading? There are 4 babys, and I'm hoping to put them with our chickens that are 4 weeks old. Working on worming everyone and taking care of the mites, cant do much for the adults but I can work with the babys!! Maybe one day I will not just have wild free rangers. 
I don't think so, IF it is pox. Again, it is only a guess, but it is not life threatening if it is pox.
