Are you seeing anything on your eggs yet? I had one that pipped this morning, heard chirping this evening but just the pip so far. Mine are also due tomorrow. They say a pot never boils when watched. I took a nap most of the afternoon and that didn't help either.I'm new to peafowl, I love the pics of the babies! I have 4 eggs in the hatcher that I'm trying to patiently wait for to hatch, keeping my fingers crossed! They're due to hatch Thurs., are there any hints you all have for me for hatching or for brooding these little beauties?
Do all colors lay their eggs continuously through the season? Do some color breeds lay ealier and quit, some later? At the beginning of the season I would see adds saying one color was laying but waiting on another color should start in 2 wks.Remember to save me three opal blaclshoulders.
Bet your smiling. Almost 100%. I'm still waiting, listening to little chirp here and there, no change. This hatch is complete with a total of 10 out of 11 and doing fine,OBS broke thru air sack, but never pipped. Next hatch date is July 2nd
