Pea Eggs Scheduled to Hatch?

This fellow is a 4 year old Midnight BS.  I am going to meet Kedreeva in Chicago, which it will be so awesome to meet her.  Then I will go on and pick this fellow up over by Indianapolis.  We will clip his tail feathers so he and my new blue hen can ride in airconditioned comfort the long trip home..  It's time for the males to loose their tales, anyway.  Wish they kept them year round.

Beautiful !!! :love

I have one measley little egg that is due July 6th. We'll be close.

She had some poop. It was contained in the cage, but I don't know if fear makes them smell a little worse, but it was kind of ripe. Anyway he was just sure he could smell it for a few days.
i transported my peas 12 miles to my home and i could smell it in my truck for a few days

i cranked it up to 75-78%
ive had major shrink wrap issues with my ducks no matter how high i put the humidity. so im hoping all goes well.
but i am NOT scared to step in and help these guys hatch.
im watching like a hawk. i will keep everyone postedd

The little fellow that I had hatched looked like he was in the airsac and aweful big for as far along as I thought he should be. He pipped the day before he was due but didn't come out till due date. The 2 others were really dried outand didn't make it. I really thought I had humidity high enough and had even added a sponge. Just lack of experience or I probably would of had 3. I read somewhere where if you plan to keep trying to hatch any kind of egg you should keep good records then you learn by your mistakes. If/when I try again, I think I am going to increase my humidity before I get to lock down.

Found something here about only chicks. The pea really fussed when I left him. Someone posted to add a mirror and a feather duster to the pen. I added mirror but had no feather duster. I added a beany baby and a couple of marbles. He is one happy camper, now. So cute how he goes to the mirror and pics at himself. Flaps his wings at the other bird, who's flapping back. Some good advise here on BYC.

no change today . i think maybe the chick is working on turning in the egg.
yesterday it was rocking like crazy
i can still see the chick movin .
but i dont think its internally pipper yet
