This says they are 5.2% protein and that 100 gram of peas contains 1.7 mg of niacin.

my female duck Ty, gets peas every night before bed. She knows around the time she gets them and she starts pacing and staring at anyone who walks by to see if they have her blue "pea cup" hahaha :) they are her favorite.
 
I planted some peas for my chickens this year! I was researching the best kind of corn to plant for them, and I came across an article that said peas were better to plant for them because they have more nutritional value and are better for the soil. Do you all feed them fresh, frozen, or cooked?
