nope same two leaders. Jay tried to fix it but when we voted on things the other BODs didn't seem to do their parts and nothing got done. I was suppose to take over the forum but no one knew any passwords. I paid for being listed on the breeders page and was never placed there the entire time, waste of money. Karen was treated same as me when they felt they do not need you anymore they don't call until they want to tell you that you missed 3 meetings LMAO. I pushed UPA on here when I was a BOD, A group here wanted to start a club type thing here if I remember correctly and I defended the UPA to them. Funny cause now I would join them. I wish them luck though, but I am no longer a fan. I moved to Florida and I did say to Jay that when I did I would host a convention but that too is now gone. I have my birds and they are healthy so I am happy

I assume you are referring to Jay Louden who has not been involved in the UPA for a long time. As I said there is a new UPA born from the ash of the old.

Jay asked me to help. Jay had personal problems and he had to step down which made Danny and Loretta in charge and those are the ones who did all the above
