Peach the mystery chick ! chapter 8 !!

Chapter Four the Savior and the Outcast

Peach was just about to give up hope, her breath was slow and she was peeping ever so faintly. All of a sudden there was a sudden cold draft and the air sent shivers down to her body. She then felt something…the feeling is hard to describe it was like floating and falling at the same time, She took a deep breath and screamed. The next thing that reached her barely conscious body was warm…and wet she was warm and wet but her face was dry she could not fathom it. Then as suddenly as the sensations themselves happened, the white it turned translucent so she could see through it. Then that odd feeling of floating and falling happened again, terrified she screamed again but the sensation did not cease. She became rigid and did not move a muscle and terrified she watched as something white was removing her from her prison from the outside. She saw piece by peace as it fell away and then nothing it was gone all gone she finally stretched out and moved her head to look up at the single most scariest thing that she had ever seen in her few minutes of seeing.
She was looking up at a huge giant that looked down at her with the strangest eyes they were blue… no green…no it was somewhere in between she then again marveled at her increasing intellect. The giant looked down at her its mouth wide open eyes staring at her unblinking. Looking at her as if she were some how a mistake or reject, but only for a moment did its expression appear that way it quickly turned into a loving smile and it reached down and stroked her head. She marveled at her savior for how could something so large help her and then not eat her but she was grateful that it had not eaten her.
She then had that odd sensation again and she was moving through the air toward a white box she was then placed into it. She stared around trying to get a survey of her surroundings. She was standing on a lot of interlocking silver squares, as she looked at them another memory of a sliver square came back to her. It made sense the giant must have put her back where it found her. She looked around there was a lot of broken brown things she figured that these must have been prisons like hers it made sense to that she probably was not the only one imprisoned in the area, but then she thought if I am not alone where are the others ? She looked around and there in a corner was a little group of black creatures with white stomachs that were staring at her with that same expression that the giant had first given her. She took a step toward them the yelled in delight she had feet she looked at them “two” she screamed”I have two feet”
She took steps toward the others delighted by each step but when she looked up she noticed that they walked away from her with every step she took. “Please” she screamed “don’t leave me all alone” she picked up her speed but they ran faster than her and farther away. “Please stop I was…I just…I. up” she stopped she knew that undeterminable gibberish would not represent her well but the creatures ran. She gave chase and was in pursuit. Then one of the black ones tripped and she managed to get close she was standing over it and said (slightly out of breath) “why did you guys run away? I was asking for help.” The creature’s chest was rising and falling rapidly it then reached around and bit her leg. She screamed the loudest she had ever had the creature got up and ran away. She then dragged herself over to the corner where she sat and ever so softly cried.

I'm loving it! Get the next chapter to us!

BTW, I'm a 7th grade science teacher. Students like you are priceless. And your writing shows that you put a lot of thought and effort into it. Keep it up!

crazy, want me to edit?

Here she is again. Sitting infront of her computer desperately searching for the next chapter of the story. A story of a little chick struggling to be born and make friends. Sounds strange doesn't it? Well, when you're a member of a chicken website, nothing sounds too strange anymore!
I like to write also!

Chapter Five the Mystery of the Mystery Chick

Well when peach had become quite dry she began to feel the heat and humidity in the air.
She sat in her corner still but she had stopped crying she did not know why her situation had not changed any.
She then closed her eyes because a bright light suddenly shone from the ceiling and the black creatures began to shriek in terror, but peach did not she had seen the light before and she knew what it meant. When the light had turned on she remembered instantly, back to the time in her prison when she could not move. A smile crept upon her beak “It is coming” she breathed but it was so faint that only she heard. And sure enough the ceiling was ripped open and in came the big white hands. But shockingly the hand turned and went for the cluster of black creatures, and one by one they were whisked away by the hand and eventually it was only her left. She breathed again as the hand returned it then softly picked her up and she soon saw the smiling face of the giant. She looked at him for a moment wondering if it had eaten the black creatures and if she was next. But after a brief movement she was placed in a big tub with a bright light hanging over it. She closed her eyes and when she opened them she was on a large fluffy thing and there was this creature much like the black ones looking right at her. She did not move but instead sat their waiting for it to run away but it did not it sat there watching her. Curious she stood up and when she did the other creature stood up too. She took a step toward it and it took a step toward her and soon they were walking right for each other getting closer and closer but then…….. “OUCH” peach had screamed she was inches from the creature but the creature had fallen too. And then it hit her it was not another creature it was herself and then she realized why they black creatures ran away from her. Unlike the black creatures she was yellow she marveled at her own intelligence yet again. But it did not make her feel any better she stood up and looked around having not done so when she had first arrived and there in the corner hiding like newborns were the four black creatures. She laughed at the cowardly black chicks. "What's that matter?" she asked. "Weren't you born with backbones? Silly chickens! Don't be scared."
