Chapter Eight The Departing
It had been a few days since the giant had moved us outside and I had adjusted accordingly. I spent my days playing sitting in the corner waiting for the giant but these days he came real early in the morning carrying a big bag he would give us food and water and then I would not see him for a long time. The giants had just then pulled up in the big coop of doom that they used instead of their feet (rather lazy of them.) the giant then came over to us but something was wrong he gave us food and water and then he sat there for a second looking at us, and I could see water, water was leaking from his eyes. He then got up and left us the others were not one bit concerned but I knew something was wrong. I did not see the giant at all that day and it was dark when he finally came back out to see us. He picked up our box and moved us over to where the metal coops arrived. He sat there looking at us water leaking from his eyes again. Then bright lights came and the giant quickly dried his eyes. Then A little later a bigger giant although not by much appeared and talked to my giant. They disappeared to the back and I heard the creature crowing again. Shortly later the giants returned and one by one my giant removed all the black ones and I never saw them again. And then I was alone all alone.
