Peachick leg issue

So here it is all set up on a box shelf. Underneath the leg is splinted into correct position and both sets of toes are taped flat. With the little buffet within reach, it seems quite content. Not sure whether to leave it like this for 12 or 24 hours.

Since you have it all set up with food and water I would go at least 24 hours esp since it is now a few days old.

Up-date. This peachick is doing well. Leg is in normal position and it runs around like its hatch mate. The toes are also straight now. One wing feather is bent as a result of the earlier falling on its side but I think I'll leave it alone. Hardest part is allowing sufficient time for treatments to take affect but worth the wait.
Thanks again for the advice and support.
