It's "Corid" from tractor supply. We have it in there water. We do have any vets that do chickens around us I should have said that the medicated feed is a prevention measure for the other one that's not showing signs .[/QUOT
Yes I know this ! Its prevention for the other peachick that I have . I just worded what I said wrong . I just need to know why it is having trouble drinking water?I think what KsKingBee is trying to tell you is that medicated chick starter is NOT TREATMENT for cocci. It helps prevent cocci. but once a chick has cocci it needs actual treatment. Sulmet or corrid can treat cocci.

If it is, @KsKingBee is cedar as toxic to peas as other fowl? Might be an additional issue on top of cocci, maybe?
