Peachick with swollen neck

Hi, I have a peachick that just hatched out. The chick is listless. Swelling started on its neck and continues to increase in size. The swelling is at the base of the head, started about 2 hours ago. Any ideas what I can do to help the chick?

Could you post a picture, how does it feel? You may search "ruptured air sac"
