Welp hi y’all. Let’s have a hatch-a-long with some peafowl whatcha guys think? These guys are on day 20! Wow I just checked my calendar. I got these guys from a friend of a friends, and I have no idea what breed they are. Pied or not. Guesses on when they’ll hatch? They seem pretty close.

I had to candle ‘em under a blanket which just gives it more enthusiasm

Here we are about a year and a half later! Both ended up as beautiful boys, and one is starting to develops his secondary tail feathers

It hasn’t progressed any further than the pip, but it’s still chirping away!

Yippee I'm so excited for you how is the other one doing

We had a slight problem with the second. I went to check on them, and saw some blood leaking from the other ones pip. I immediately got it out in order to stop the bleeding, and it’s doing just fine now

They're probably spaldings. The few people who sell greens in the US never sell eggs.
