peacock blue or purple

im pretty sure this peacock is a blue but just want to be sure
is this peacock a indian blue? how old do you think he is?
also i have him in a pen next to chickens if he gets blackhead what do i give him

That is an India Blue, I would guess about 3 or 4 yrs old.
