Peacock info? Please and Thanks!

Any one got peacocks?
If so are they friendly or would they chase you like geese?
Also do they scare away the fox?

I think most if not all of the people on this forums have peafowl or are getting peafowl.

They can be friendly if raised from eggs, but are usually flighty otherwise. They would rather run away from you than chase you.

They will not scare away foxes. In fact, foxes might eat them if they get a chance.

Mine are totally free ranged, they will persue a fox or any critter in their territory if they think they can get away with it.
Mine never mess with the geese but have been known to mess with the chickens and ducks once in a while mainly when they have babies and make a move on the peas when they see them looking at their babies.

Oh also do they eat just normal hen feed or would i have to buy some different type of food and if im getting eggs how long does it take for them to hatch?
