call your local humane society - sometimes they have peas to adopt
call your local wildlife rescue - sometimes they have peas to adopt

i want to get young one, how small are hatchlings? i mostly want a typical peacock but the one for the lowest price is best.
i really would want one that is as big as 4 week old chicks.

You really have no business with a peacock.
