Ok, I gave him a mirror to look at so he would open his mouth, it didn't look like you're above picture with whatever that white thing was growing, it looked more like a cut.

Tylan = tylosinSo I need to get him some dimetridazole (Tylan)???
You MUST catch him! DO NOT GIVE MEDICATIONS LIKE dimetridazole without verifying that it's needed. Wet pox also looks like canker, as do some bacterial infections. Please, catch him and check the inside of his mouth. DO NOT just medicate his water with something that may or may not help, or worse, might do harm.I really don't think I could catch him. And if if by chance I could, I think he would get so dramatized. And he would never let me get near him again. I was hoping I could just treat his water?
Then he must be caught and treated accordingly. As I already mentioned he is semi wild. I will see what I can do about catching him, because if I catch him I want to contain him in an enclosure for a while, because it's not like he's going to let me get near him after that, if I need to treat him. I was able to see in his mouth though, it did not look like your above picture, however it did look infected on the side with some pus material.
