You can put it in the same Punnett square, but it will have 16 rather than 4 squares within it. Below is an example of a dihybrid Punnett square showing the F1 X F1 possibilities in peas with respect to round vs wrinkled, yellow vs green. The F1 are Round Yellow split to Wrinkled Green. Round is dominant over Wrinkled, and Yellow is dominant over Green. This would correspond to crossing two peafowl, both IB Barred Wing split to Bronze Blackshoulder.
