Peafowl and peachick in same building together?

I have peafowl and i tried to hatch a bunch of eggs and only one hatched i raised it with chickens and now it is feathered but is still pretty small, can i put it with the others yet, i tried to put it with recently but it would sit in the corner and hide the other i think were pecking at it

You have to be careful when introducing young birds to older ones. If they are pecking on it then consider a smaller cage inside the coop so they can get accustomed to it without hurting it.

I have the same situation. My young peachick (female) is 10 weeks old and has been in a pen by itself...I am wondering at what age I should try to acclimate my yearling peafowl to her. I hate that she is all alone but want to be sure she can handle herself with older birds. I have put her in a dog kennel and put it inside the peafowl pen where the three yearlings are so they can get used to one another, but the older ones are curious and peck aggresively at the kennel. Should I wait til my peachick is older? Or just forget it and try to find a couple more peachicks her own age?
