You don't have to answer this, but I always wonder what everyone's job is so what do you do for your job? I am in college and this summer I plan to sell glass jewelry at some shows as a job.![]()
If I would have called in sick, they would have known I was telling a fib because I haven't called in sick in 17 years of working.![]()
But I will have to start so that it won't look so obvious when I really really really need that day off.![]()
I will take better pics when I get them in their brooder and they are up and running around. I was thinking about separating all of them into different brooders but maybe not. They will all be eating the 30% protein feed, so I guess I can keep them all together.

My home puter is in the shop so no pics but our first 2013 chicks are on the ground and running now. Credit goes to Roadtrip as being the first Peacock to sire a hatched chick this year. We have 1 BSSP chick and 3 Midnight B/S chicks that hatched June 4-5th. Not enough for a Merlot hatch-a-long but next group due will be higher in numbers and the next two groups of eggs set numbered in the 60's range.
Don't know how old you are but at about 45 I started sleep less like 5 hours a night and broken sleep at that , I adjusted and can't sleep more than six hours, that is why sometimes you will find Post from me at all hours of the night.Cool!!! Can't wait to see pics.
I went through quite a few sips of Strawberry wine during this incubating period for these peas.
I think this will be my last hatch of anything. I'm exhausted. I have too many animals at my place and it's taking me too long to do chores. I'm getting about 5 hours a sleep every day and that ain't good. So, I'm done.![]()
