That looks pretty bad. Is a vet an option?

I am not sure. It is almost 2 hours away for my dog's vet. I would have to call them and see where a bird vet even is - but I didn't find out about the peacock until my husband showed up after work. And my husband is anti vet for an animal we don't own, so I have to do that on the down low.

Another option would be to find an avian vet and surrender the peacock to them.
