Peahen has laid her eggs a top of the pool screened enclosure!

I don't know what to do. She has been sitting on three eggs on top of the screened enclosure for over two weeks now. She doesn't have much of a nest at all. Just a few leaves. She sits on it all day and night and leaves once a day. A hawk was eyeballing the eggs today. We chased him off. The regular predators can't get to the eggs, that's for sure. But when the eggs hatch, what is going to happen to those little chicks? They can't fly off of the enclosure. They may actually fall off. And we have crows that come around. They are totally unprotected from those things. Any idea what to do? Even getting to her to try to move her is nearly impossible with normal ladders and such.

I think you have two choices if you want the eggs to hatch. One you can put them in an incubator, or two, you can let nature take its course. Trying to move a setting hen and nest is a recipe for disaster.
