Peahen vs. peacock?

These three peachicks hatched 7/1/2010. They all look similiar, so I'm assuming same sex? They may be too young yet to tell... The second peachick hatched with a circular bald spot on his head- this area has yet to grow feathers. He was hatched under a hen, so trauma could be the cause- but this hen has hatched more than 50 guineas/peas/chickens without hurting one. Any thoughts? He'll be unique anyways. Thanks for the help.

They all look the same to me

My guess would be female because of the rusty colored marks they are getting on their neck, which mature blackshoulder hens have.
