peanutbutter rolls

easy way
1 can vanilla cake icing
1 pound powdered sugar
1 jar peanutbutter

mix cake icing and powdered sugar together until it is stiff and rollable
roll out on a powdered wax paper 1/2 inch thick
warm peanut butter in microwave just enough to be able to spread
spread peanutbutter on the icing mixture and roll up cut into 1/2 inch slices

It is wonderful!!!!

peanut butter balls
(buckeyes)
1 jar peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 bag chocolate chips

mix peanut butter and powdered sugar form into 1 inch balls
put in freezer
melt chocolate chips in double boiler
with a toothpick dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper
chill in fridge

Reese's Cookies

1 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 egg

Mix and roll into small balls. Press a Hershey's Kiss into the top and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. (I sometimes like to bake the balls a minute and then place the kiss.)
