Yes, these are from a hatchery. They advertise them as Pearl Gray. This is also my first time with guineas.
So, I bought 3 guinea keets on the 26th of March. The hatchery is only supposed to have the one variety, Pearl Gray. But the feathers coming in on these babies just look brown to me. So I'm wondering if they really are Pearl Grays, and will turn that gray color eventually, or if they are a different variety? I suppose it doesn't really matter, it just bothers me to be calling them something they're not, if that's the case. Thank you for any information you can provide!
