I think you might want to consider feeding a complete balanced feed.
I think she is not getting a complete diet and you are now starting to see the problems that arise from not getting a complete diet.

Corn itself does not have everything needed.

I am willing to bet some of the feeds (brand names) that are sold at your local feed store are on this sheet.
I recommend you start feeding them a layer type feed.

Shouldn’t this be good enough? It’s calcium fortified.

Just crushed corn. They are free range though and have access to woods and a field

This layer feed is great.
I would not feed just crushed corn anymore.
AND double check the date on this bag of feed your think you have...make sure it isn't old.
Old is not good.

So, Pearl still isnt doing good. I found her in the coop while the others were out and about. She didn’t eat anything when I found her. Her vent doesn’t look normal, what should I do.
