Maybe, but the body shape looks wrong to me. Maybe it's just me.

Where did you get the bird? Bresse are still pretty hard to come by, and pricey too. I'm not that familiar with the breed, but it doesn't look like a Bresse to me.

That's a basic feed store that got their chicks from somewhere else. Any idea where they bought the chicks? I saw another poster on another thread thought their Murdoch's got chicks from Murray McMurray.

I'd be very surprised if a feed store got in Bresse. I think we're looking at a poor quality White Orpington. MMM carries those, too.
