That's a pullet and I'm thinking either White Plymouth Rock or White Orpington.

Ok thank you. What's the difference between the two breeds you listed?

Orpingtons are more chunky and fluffy, that's why I think this bird is a White Plymouth Rock.

Not a white Plymouth Rock - they have yellow legs and the bird in Question has white legs. It's a pullet though.

Oh ok that makes sense about the two breeds. I am curious though about what breed it is now. When I bought it they said it was a pearl white leghorn

That means it's not a White Leghorn either. Orpingtons have white/pink shanks so I vote White Orpington, definitely.

they lay a tan egg, sometimes with a pink-y sheen.
