Sorry , know its a little late....even if you let the mother raise them, you should still feed a medicated starter. Plus best to not free range small peachicks, until they get little older....at that size they have LOTS of predators. Plus they all need wormed.

First peachick waz caught by a "CROW"

2nd peachick waz ill and died

3rd peachick who waz abt 3 months old died without any reason. In morning he had been engoyin!!after a few hours i saw him died ,,waz a bit injured!!!!

Peacock died without any reason 2,,,
he was 2 years old!!! i jus saw him died outside my house!!! he sometimes used to go outside ma home!!! he waznt injured thought!!! i kept that peacock since he waz so young!!!

still thinking whether to keep this peahen and get some peafowls or not!!!

ALL THESE 4 DIED IS A MONTH!!!!

You live and you learn, just take more precautions next time. I myself have lost 4 peafowl when i first got them. Sine then I have lost 0 and I plan to keep it that way. Hope things work out better in the future for you. Andy
