Pease help! One of my duckling keeps falling backwards, can't walk well.

Oh also, what else can I feed them like thaw peas? I fed them prior organic lettuce and kale and they really like that. Is that okay to feed them?

As long have they have access to chick grit you can feed them anything that is healthy . Veggies fruit etc. dried mealworms with the b complex liquid poured over @CayugaJana got hers to take their complex using peas and mealworms. Sorry I questioned you about the pond. I have seen quite a few mutilated ducklings and ducks from snappers so I worry when someone mentions putting their duckling out on a pond.

Oh no worries Lydia, I already knew your question comes from good place!

Also, how many droplets of Vitamin B complex per meal? And two or three times a day, would be adequate?

TSC complex is only 1ml daily so just squirt it over something they really will gobble up quick so they get the whole dose. If using human complex that one is 3ml a day so you could space it out between 3 treats. But the TSC is more concentrated and cheaper in the long run.

Good Morning everyone,

To my surprise, I noticed my duckling are doing better already this morning, less wobblier as he is standing and walking steadily, although he is still very careful.

The girl (which I think is a girl lol) is right back to her resilient self, walking well and around, even running.

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for full recovery soon! Thank you, truly!

:weeWonderful news!!
Yay so thrilled! They are doing

so much better!

My Last and late little duckling had the same problem and he wouldn’t eat well so we mixed the water and food to make a kind of soup. Also feeding them egg yolk is also good and nutritious for them. The little fella started to walk well after some water therapy. They seem to be more confident with their legs after swimming. Hope this helps.

I have a duck we bought march the 28th it was fine walking and running then about a week later started flipping on her back and can’t walk eats and swims great don’t know what to do with her
