Has anyone here ever used peat moss for litter with their baby chicks? I have a huge bag of peat moss over half full leftover from last year, that I don't need for my flower beds. Read in a book that peat moss makes good litter. I also bought the pine shavings & alfalfa hay as litter options. Of these 3 options, which would you recommend?
