I've taken a break from baking and wanted to send Christmas cheer to all of you. Thanks for all the wonderful advice. My chickens are so appreciative too! They're enjoying a warm, above freezing day, with a couple of snow free spots to forage. I'm baking 2 pecan pies, one for tonight SIL and DIL's and GD and one for tomorrow with some of my family. Also made a lot of chocolate truffles - wooohoo they are great. What are you baking/making for Christmas?
