Pecking Chicks

Just picked up 10 chicks (hens) for my little daughter, I have one RIR hen that is constantly pecking at the others beaks,she's kind of aggressive. What can i do to stop this? does pine tar work good? any help will be greatly appriciated,thank you

Try a red heat lamp... It helps to disguise any little pecked spots. Is the RIR a lot larger than the others? Maybe she needs to be separated for a while

They are chicks,just got them from agway,i also have a red heat bulb in the corner of there box. The RIR is approx. the same size as the other birds. I'm not sure what to do..

Try something to distract the bully... a mirror, a stuffy, maybe a branch to climb on
