Pecking My Duck!!!

So my hens have been pecking at my duck Roberta and are eating at her flesh, what can I use to to get them to stop and for her to heal? I’ve been using this grape purple smelling lotion stuff from TSC but it doesn’t stay on because she then goes into the pool to clean off. I tagged a picture of it for help!

Neosporin and keep her out of the water until that stuff has been absorbed into her skin.

I would make Lemon Chicken out of the chicken that had attacked your poor duck!

The blue kote will disguise her wound but you have to keep her dry. As for the chickens they will eat any bird, it can start with peaks that draw blood then it’s all out eating they will eventually kill her if this wound doesn’t heal and isn’t disguised while healing. I’d somehow give Roberta her own space in your coop an run so she is left alone to heal and protected from being eaten. Sorry but chickens are relentless once they get started with open flesh. They are cannibals.
